The Montessori Method of Education is a child-centered educational approach that celebrates and nurtures each child‘s intrinsic desire to learn. The Method developed by Dr. Maria Montessori, is based on scientific observations of children from birth to adulthood. It is a view of the child as one who is naturally eager for knowledge and capable of initiating learning in a supportive, thoughtfully prepared learning environment. It is an approach that values the human spirit and the whole child-physical, social, emotional and cognitive development.

Play way in education aims to introduce the spirit of play. The methods and techniques used for imparting education must be able to create an environment in which the child can learn his lesson or acquire the desired knowledge. Knowledge should be communicated in an interesting manner. Nothing should be forced upon the child. Not even should any game be forced upon the child, as then it becomes work.

Project method is one of the modern methods of teaching in which, the student's point of view is given importance in designing the curriculum and content of studies. This method is based on the philosophy of Pragmatism and the principle of ‘Learning by doing’. In this strategy, pupils perform constructive activities in natural condition. A project is a list of real life that has been imparted to the school. It demands work from the pupils.

A theme based curriculum means that each skill area of the curriculum is connected to a topic which we refer to as a theme. A thematic approach to teaching involves integrating all subject areas together under one of them for a longer period.
